We are a boutique team of designers, strategists, and developers and are looking to grow our design squad. Together, we create engaging digital experiences for a wide range of clients and industries.

Summary

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to help us continue to create best-in-class solutions for our clients. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience at a digital design agency, a strong UI-focused portfolio, and the discipline to work remotely.

 

Strong communication and organizational skills are absolutely critical. This role will require you to work directly with our clients, interpreting their feedback and iterating on designs. Since we are a boutique agency you will enjoy direct, meaningful impact on client projects.

 

Responsibilities

• Create web apps for a variety of B2B industries.

• Help estimate project timelines and participate in project definition phases.

• Self-manage, prioritize tasks, and proactively communicate status and challenges.

• Research clients’ industry, competitors, business model, and customer base.

• Conduct information architecture, wireframing, and UI design using Figma.

• Build robust style guides defining a product visual design identity.

• Account for multiple device sizes by building robust grid systems.

• Create interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Annotate your designs for hand-off to developers (internal and external).

• Work in a team environment with other remote UX designers and developers.

Prerequisites

• 3-5+ years as a UX/Product/UI Designer (or similar), in an agency environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of experiences you’ve created.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma (including variables and prototyping).

• Experience working on a team with other UX designers and developers.

• Highly organized, including clear file management using Google Drive (or similar).

• Working knowledge of what is feasible to implement on the web and in native mobile apps (HTML, CSS, React, Swift, etc).

 

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with front-end development (e.g. HTML, CSS, and JS).

• Experience with animation software (e.g. After Effects and Figma).

• Experience with SEO principles and Google Analytics.​​​
